Ready, Set, Goal in to 2006!

Do you have a goal(s) for this upcoming year? Take a moment to think about what you want to achieve or accomplish. Are you searching for a personal best in your sport? Is your goal to complete a marathon? Increase speed, stamina or leg turnover? how about staying fit and healthy all throughout the year? Whatever you are thinking, jot all your ideas down on a piece of paper. Goals should be: Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic and Time-related. Be sure your goals are in balance with other parts of your life.
